The Headshot Process
1) Let's Chat!
It all starts with a consultation (in person, on the photo, or a video call) where we can get to know each other and make sure we are planning a headshot session that is crafted and curated to your personal goals and needs. Just as no two people are exactly the same, no two photoshoots are identical and your photo session is all about showing off and capturing your best self! Have your calendar handy because this chat is a great time to pick a date for your photoshoot!

2) How To Prepare
Hydration is power!!! Drink lots of healthy fluids and get plenty of sleep leading up to your photoshoot. In selecting which outfit options to bring with you, follow your heart. The jacket that makes you feel invincible or ensemble that boosts your confidence through the roof are the looks that will give us the energizing spirit your headshots deserve! Bring a variety of outfit options from your classic favorites to the newest style (cleaned, pressed, and looking their best) so we can collaborate on curating a look to make your headshot POP. Don't forget to bring along any and all personal grooming products you need to stay feeling your best!

3) The Photoshoot
Come with your favorite party playlist because this photoshoot is going to be as much fun as we make it! After selecting the most engaging looks from your wardrobe selections we'll jump into action creating a variety of images that show off the best aspects of your personality and energy. Whether your selfie game is on point or the you would rather be anywhere than in front of a camera, a
Trainman Photography photoshoot will put your nerves at ease when you see how awesome you look through the lens! Throughout the shoot you will have many opportunities to see the photos captured and we will adjust the scene and looks to suite your portrait preferences making sure the headshots we create not only match but elevate your brand. At the end of the photoshoot we will work together to select the best images for retouching!

4) Afterwards
Your retouched headshots will be delivered digitally via web download so you will have access to them as soon as they are ready! When your retouched headshots are finished (typically 7-10 days after the photoshoot) you will receive a link to an online gallery (available for 30 days) where you can view and download your retouched and formatted headshots.
